We always try to go the extra mile to provide a speedy, efficient, courteous and fair handling of our clients’ claims to minimise the disruption to their lives.You must make a claim in writing by post or email as soon as possible and in any event not later than 30 days following an unfitness decision by the License Issuing Authority as a result of a bodily injury or illness upon which notice was delivered to Global Flying Services. Please include all details known to you and documentary evidence issued by the relevant License Issuing Authority. The date of claim notification shall be taken as the date upon which the notice was delivered to Global Flying Services. Advising us by telephone is not deemed to be proper notice. How to make a claim
The relevant claims questionnaire should be completed and returned to us as well as a copy of your birth certificate or other evidence of your date of birth.
We also require a signed medical consent request (uk or non-UK), authorising us to obtain details of all medical reports concerned with the treatment or consultation you have received.
